Pay: $16.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Sunday, 9:00 am - 1:00 pm

Position Summary

The Crew Lead provides direction to the team in a fast-paced environment, managing tasks across various site sizes. Responsibilities include meeting customer needs, guiding the crew, supporting staffing communication with management, ensuring safety and quality standards, and handling daily inspections. The Lead acts as the primary contact for customer questions, concerns, and requests.

• The Crew Lead performs site tasks and ensures their completion.
• Minimum 2 years of janitorial lead or supervisory experience with at least 6 employees in a commercial or industrial setting.
• Interact with clients to provide professional and prompt service.
• Coordinate tasks and provide clear instructions to the crew.
• Ensure team members understand their responsibilities and policies.
• Collaborate with the team to execute daily operations and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with hiring and training new staff.
• Support team effectiveness by providing necessary tools and clarity.
• Motivate and lead by example, maintaining regular communication with crew members.
