Qualifications

• Two years prior supervisory experience in janitorial related positions.
• Ability to supervise individuals with disabilities.
• Ability to operate manual and mechanized equipment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance within 30 days of clearance eligibility.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage mobile janitorial crew and apply sound management policies.
• Recruit, train, and supervise personnel assigned at the contract site.
• Ensure work is performed to contract specifications and OSHA standards.
• Maintain equipment and supplies; manage inventory.
• Maintain required records for contract and Goodwill.
• Represent Goodwill in meetings with contract personnel.
• Maintain a safe and orderly work environment.
• Conduct safety drills and ensure site complies with OSHA.
