Job summary

Xtra Staffing is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Workers to support our client facilities in Chadron, Nebraska. The Janitorial Worker is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment in accordance with client expectations and company standards.

Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, sanitizing rooms, restocking supplies, and reporting issues. The role requires reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
• Restock paper products and cleaning supplies as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals properly.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to supervisor.
• Complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes.

• Ability to push/pull cleaning equipment and carts
