Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable part time Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to perform a variety of cleaning tasks efficiently. This will be evening work starting at 6pm. Weekly pay.

Duties

• Perform custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors.

• Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.

• Conduct industrial and commercial cleaning tasks as required & must be logged in Swept. (Phone & Service Requirement)

• Buff and polish floors to maintain their appearance.

• Assist with residential painting projects when necessary.

• Carry out facilities maintenance tasks to ensure all areas are well-kept.

• Respond promptly to cleaning requests from staff or management.

• Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized.

Requirements

• Previous experience in custodial or janitorial roles is preferred.

• Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and maintenance.

• Familiarity with industrial cleaning standards and practices.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.

• A proactive approach to maintaining facilities and addressing potential issues before they arise.

• Must have RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION

• Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift between 25-50 pounds.

• Ability to stand, walk and bend for an extended period of time.

• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks which may include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

• Project work for overtime available.

Pay

Pay:
$14.00 per hour/ WEEKLY PAY!!
