Frantz Building Services is seeking a part-time cleaner for a semi-surgical area in Bloomington, IN. The role requires meticulous attention to detail as you sanitize multiple procedure rooms and common areas while ensuring high standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize three procedure rooms including all high touch surfaces and equipment.
• Disinfect surfaces in the surgical room using facility-approved chemicals.
• Maintain recovery and pre-op rooms; disinfect beds, rails, chairs, bathrooms; prep rooms for patients.
• Clean offices, remove trash, dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize desks and equipment, restock supplies.
• Keep lobby/front desk areas clean, including waiting areas and public restrooms.

POSITION TYPE Part Time PAY RATE 1400 1500 Hr SCHEDULE Monday Friday 600 PM 1100 PM PAY SCHEDULE Weekly Every Friday

What the job looks like

This is a semi surgical area Must have an eye for detail

• Procedure Room Cleaning Clean and sanitize three procedure rooms including all high touch surfaces equipment surfaces counters stools lights and door handles
• Surgical Room Sanitization A special facility approved chemical is used in this room to ensure complete sanitization Every surface must be thoroughly wiped down and disinfected including tables lights trays monitors stools counters and high touch areas
• Recovery & Pre Op Room Maintain 10 recovery and pre surgery rooms; disinfect beds and rails sanitize chairs and call buttons bathrooms sink area prepare rooms for incoming patients
• Office Cleaning Clean offices by removing trash dusting surfaces vacuuming floors mopping sanitizing desks and equipment and restocking basic supplies
• Lobby & Front Desk Upkeep Maintain cleanliness of lobby waiting areas front desk windows seating and public restrooms to ensure a welcoming environment for patients and visitors
