The Janitorial Assistant Account Manager is responsible for helping to oversee all cleaning and maintenance operations within a office environment. This role ensures high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction while managing janitorial staff, vendor relationships, and client expectations.

Salary: $54,600 per year

Management

• Oversee daily janitorial operations including interior and exterior cleaning, restrooms, food court areas, and common spaces
• Ensure compliance with cleaning schedules and quality standards
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain a clean, safe office environment

Staff Supervision

• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise janitorial team members
• Monitor performance and provide coaching, feedback
• Ensure proper staffing levels

Client Relations

• Address concerns, complaints, and service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction

Quality Control

• Implement and maintain cleaning standards and procedures
• Perform routine audits and inspections
