Qualifications

• 2 years of previous supervisormanagement experience in the service industry field.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Understanding of cost control, P&L statements, budgeting.
• Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.

Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of the service at all customer locations within your account assignment.
• Ensure team workspaces and custodial closets are kept neat and organized.
• Interview and hire team members to build a high-performing team.
• Provide hands-on training to team members initially and ongoing.
