Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, Operations, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing janitorial contracts.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Strong leadership, team development, and performance management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to maintain positive client relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Significant standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, bending, twisting, reaching, squatting, and crawling.
• Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and order supplies to meet stock level targets and avoid shortages.
• Maintain on-site equipment and assets to ensure they are in good working order and meet performance expectations.
• Collaborate with HR and administrative support to ensure onboarding/offboarding, completion of required training, payroll accuracy, and issue resolution.
• Ensure full compliance with workplace safety regulations.
• Be reasonably available outside of regular business hours to respond to urgent operational or safety issues, either remotely or in-person, depending on severity.
