Job summary

Unique Cleaning Service, Inc. seeks a reliable janitor to maintain cleanliness across offices, hallways and restrooms. You will perform rounds, remove clutter, empty trash, refresh restrooms and sanitize equipment to uphold a safe, hygienic environment.

Experience in hospital or healthcare cleaning is a plus. This federal facility requires a REAL ID for entry and offers a stable schedule, Monday through Friday, 3pm–7pm, with competitive hourly pay.

Summary: As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various settings, utilizing core skills such as cleaning, floor care, and commercial cleaning. Your janitorial experience and custodial expertise will be essential in ensuring a safe and hygienic environment. Additionally, your relevant skills in facilities maintenance in a hotel environment such as flipping beds and changing out rooms in addition, industrial cleaning experience will contribute to the overall upkeep of the premises.

Main Duties include: Maintaining cleanliness of offices, hallways, restrooms; Performing rounds, removing clutter, emptying trash, refreshing restrooms; Sanitizing equipment. Previous janitorial experience in a hospital environment is highly desired.

This is a federal facility and aREAL IDis required for entry.

Actual Compensation

$17.51 per/hr + $5.09 per/hr (fringe benefit for health & welfare) Total Wages: $22.60 per/hr
