This dual-role position requires maintaining a safe, organized environment while assisting with material movement, pipe/tube distribution, and overhead crane operations.

The role offers 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift options with hours 7:00am-3:30pm, 3:00pm-11:30pm, and 11:00pm-7:30am. This is a potential to hire opportunity in East Troy, WI.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain locker rooms, restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, and scrub floors to maintain a clean and safe workplace.
• Empty trash and recycling containers throughout the facility.
• Sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and high-touch surfaces.
• Replenish paper products, soap, and restroom supplies as needed.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Assist with movement and distribution of pipes, tubing, and materials.
• Safely operate overhead cranes and material-handling equipment.
• Load, unload, and prepare materials for production and shipment.
• Maintain organized material locations and hazard-free work areas.

Position Title: Janitor/Material Handler Wage: $17.00/hour Shift: 1st, 2nd, 3rd Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm, 3:00pm-11:30pm, 11:00pm-7:30am We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Janitor/Material Handler to support both facility cleanliness and production operations. This dual-role position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment while also assisting with material movement, pipe and tube distribution, and overhead crane operations throughout the facility. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, reliable, and comfortable working in both industrial and production settings. This is a potential to hire opportunity in East Troy, WI.

Janitor/Material Handler Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Janitorial

• Clean and maintain locker rooms, restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, and scrub floors to maintain a clean and safe workplace
• Empty trash and recycling containers throughout the facility
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, partitions, dispensers, and high-touch surfaces
• Replenish paper products, soap, and other restroom supplies as needed
• Operate floor sweepers, scrubbers, and other cleaning equipment safely and effectively
• Identify and report maintenance, safety, or housekeeping concerns

Material Handling & Production Support

• Assist with the movement, staging, and distribution of pipe, tubing, and other materials throughout the facility
• Safely operate overhead cranes and material-handling equipment to transport products and materials
• Load, unload, organize, and prepare materials for production and shipment
• Maintain accurate material locations and ensure work areas remain organized and free of hazards
• Support production personnel by delivering materials and removing scrap or waste materials as needed
• Follow all company safety procedures, material handling guidelines, and operational standards

Janitor/Material Handler Requirements:

• Previous janitorial, industrial cleaning, warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling experience preferred
• Ability to safely operate or learn to operate overhead cranes and material-handling equipment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace cleanliness and safety
• Excellent attendance, reliability, and work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to stand and walk for 8-10 hours per shift
• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and twist throughout the workday
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to work indoors in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift
