Job summary

RideNow Powersports Concord is seeking a reliable Janitor/Maintenance Technician to keep the dealership clean, safe, and ready for customers. In this hands-on role you’ll move and organize units on the lot, wash windows, maintain restrooms, and support daily operations.

The ideal candidate can ride and maneuver motorcycles and other powersports units, lift up to 50 lbs, and work outdoors in varying weather. A valid driver’s license is required; motorcycle endorsement is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to ride and maneuver motorcycles and powersports units (including manual transmission).
• Valid driver’s license required; motorcycle endorsement preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Punctual, dependable, and able to follow instructions.
• Previous lot porter, detailer, or inventory support experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active throughout the shift.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to safely push motorcycles weighing up to 850 lbs.
• Must be able to move through dealership premises while aware of vehicles, foot traffic, and displays.
• Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, sanitary environment throughout the dealership
• Perform regular bathroom cleaning and maintenance to ensure they’re stocked, fresh, and spotless
• Wash interior and exterior windows to keep showroom bright and inviting
• Pick up and tidy the parking lot, removing debris and keeping grounds presentable
• Clean and maintain floors, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming across all dealership areas
• Keep administrative offices neat, dust‑free, and organized
• Empty trash and recycling throughout the building and dispose of waste properly
• Assist with other general cleaning duties as needed to support daily operations

In this hands‑on role, you’ll be responsible for the safe movement and organization of units on our lot—so the ability to confidently ride and handle a variety of powersports vehicles is a must!
