Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize and restock bathrooms including sinks, toilets, glass and mirrors, stall walls, stainless steel and sweeping and mopping floors.
• Empty trash and replace liners; clean receptacles as necessary.
• Dust and clean office areas and furniture; clean windowsills and windows.
• Clean break rooms and other contract areas; operate equipment safely.
• Contribute to teamwork and assist co-workers; focus on safety, quality and customer service.

Position Summary:

We are looking for Full-time Janitors for the night shift, to take care of our building at Scott Air Force Base and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our facility in a clean and orderly condition. Driving preferred but not required.

• Pay Rate: $17.75per hour
• Shifts:Full -Time
• Monday - Friday - 4:30pm - 12:30pm (or Finish) Location: Scott Air Force Base, IL

Typical Duties:

• clean, sanitize and restock bathrooms including sinks, toilets, glass and mirrors, stall walls, stainless steel and sweeping and mopping floors. Vacuum, sweep, mop floors and stairs.
• Empty trash and various recyclable cans and replace liners, clean receptacles, as necessary.
• Dust and clean office areas, desks and furniture that are not cluttered. Clean windowsills and windows. Obtain tools necessary for the job to be completed.
• Clean break rooms and other areas that are applicable to the contract
• Expected to safely operate equipment
• Contributes to teamwork by training and helping co-workers
• Continually performs duties with a special focus on safety, quality and customer service
