Job summary

GDI, Inc. is seeking a reliable janitorial associate for evening shifts (6:00PM - 1:30AM) to clean floors, empty trash, sanitize restrooms, and keep buildings in good condition. Duties include sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, and restocking supplies.

You will operate floor cleaning equipment, polish furniture, spot-clean glass, and complete tasks with minimal supervision while maintaining high integrity and attention to detail.

• High integrity required.

Responsibilities

• Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Use floor cleaning equipment as needed (buffer, walk behind, spot-carpet cleaner).
• Sanitize restrooms and fill dispensers.
• Empty wastebaskets and remove trash to disposal areas.
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and glass surfaces.
• Spot clean windows, blinds, mirrors, and glass partitions.
• Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and complete tasks with minimal supervision.

Shift Available:

6:00PM - 1:30AM

• Clean floors by sweeping mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Use floor cleaning equipment as needed (i.e. buffer, walk behind, spot-carpet cleaner).
• Expertise of use and care for Tennant Rife on equipment T-7 . M-17 and M20 ride on scrubbers
• General cleaning of buildings, keeping it maintained and in good condition.
• Empty wastebaskets and take other trash to disposal areas.
• Sanitize restrooms and fill dispensers.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Spot clean glass partitions, window blinds and mirrors.
• Dust furniture, walls, woodwork, window stills, equipment and other assigned areas.
• Mix cleaning solutions according to specifications.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
• Keep cleaning supplies in stock.
• Perform other duties and tasks assigned by supervision.
