Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Whitehall, MI to support the Tool Room and Inventory operations. You will pull, prep, and verify items for internal customers, and help maintain a clean, organized storeroom. Training begins on first shift with a transition to nights as needed.

The role requires reliable attendance, basic customer service experience, and a valid driver's license. This is a steady, hands-on position with potential for permanent placement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of recent, stable work history (no gaps over 3 months).
• At least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and work ethic with a consistent attendance record.
• Ability to learn product information quickly and apply it accurately to requests.

Responsibilities

• Pull and prepare items requested for pickup, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Assist internal customers at the service counter by locating and preparing requested tools, parts, and supplies.
• Verify incoming inventory and confirm stock items are placed in the proper locations.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe storeroom environment that supports efficient operations.
• Read and follow work orders accurately to meet daily warehouse and inventory needs.

Job description

Our client, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the Tool Room / Inventory Support team supporting internal customers by locating, preparing, and verifying requested items. The ideal candidate will have strong reliability, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to learn product and work order details quickly, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Whitehall, MI

Pay Range: $17.75/h

Shift:Monday through Friday 10:30pm -6:30am. This is a straight 8 hours so it is a working paid lunch-this will be discussed further in interview. Selected candidate will train on 1st shift 6:30 am to 2:30 pm for 2 to 3 weeks for training.
