Job Description: Janitor / Busser

General Purpose of the Job

This role involves cleaning and maintaining Twin Peaks restaurant facilities. Each team member is expected to uphold high standards of cleanliness, pride, and discipline in sanitation practices.

Uniform Standards

• Wear the TP black hat facing forward at all times, with the brim straight.
• Keep hair clean and tucked under the hat.
• Maintain a clean-shaven face; beards and mustaches must be groomed.
• Trim fingernails regularly.
• No jewelry in ears, face, neck, or wrists.
• No headphones or earbuds.
• Wear a clean, non-faded, wrinkle-free TP kitchen shirt tucked in.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Follow uniform and hygiene standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of stations and equipment.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, and GHS policies.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Use tablets or computers for training.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including cleaning tasks.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Janitor / Busser.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and understand cleaning procedures.
• Capable of following simple instructions and handling standardized situations.
• Attend and complete orientation and training, including any required certifications.

Physical and Work Environment

Must stand, walk, handle objects, and communicate effectively. May need to lift up to 15 pounds. Exposure to kitchen fumes, humidity, cleaning chemicals, and possibly cigarette smoke in some locations.
