Job summary

CJ Schwan’s is seeking a diligent Janitor to maintain a clean facility in a food manufacturing setting. The role includes cleaning offices, breakrooms, bathrooms, and common areas throughout the plant, with duties assigned by management.

You will perform basic trash removal around the building, including outdoor patio, smoking areas, and surrounding grounds, and you must use janitorial equipment and chemicals after training.

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The primary function of the Janitor position is to maintain a clean facility by completing a variety of cleaning tasks.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Individual will perform cleaning throughout the plant, with specific responsibilities to include office areas, breakrooms, and multiply bathrooms. This will include cleanliness of all employee restrooms, employee breakrooms, common areas, and offices as designated by management. Additionally, will involve basic trash removal from outside areas of the building, including patio area, smoking area and all common areas surrounding the facility.
