Job summary

The Swan Food Company is seeking a dedicated Janitor for the 2nd shift (3:00 pm - 11:30 pm) to maintain a clean facility. Starting wage is $18.50 per hour, with duties including cleaning offices, breakrooms, bathrooms, and other areas across the plant, plus basic trash removal from outside spaces.

Qualified candidates will have prior janitorial experience in manufacturing or hospital settings, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while upholding high cleanliness

JOB TITLE: Janitor

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The primary function of the Janitor position is to maintain a clean facility by completing a variety of cleaning tasks.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Individual will perform cleaning throughout the plant, with specific responsibilities to include office areas, breakrooms, and multiply bathrooms. This will include cleanliness of all employee restrooms, employee breakrooms, common areas, and offices as designated by management. Additionally, will involve basic trash removal from outside areas of the building, including patio area, smoking area and all common areas surrounding the facility.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
