Didlake, Inc. in Virginia is seeking a full-time janitor to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming offices and common areas, supporting our mission of creating meaningful employment opportunities for people with disabilities.

You will perform cleaning tasks, restock supplies, and report facility issues while upholding safety standards. The role offers an hourly wage of $18.80, with a 7:00am–3:30pm schedule and full-time hours.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred or six months custodial experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to obtain required background clearance or facility access credentials, if required.
• Must have a valid Real ID for access to the work site.
• Have a valid drivers license and be insurable under Didlake's automobile policy, with a minimum of 3 years licensed driving and age of at least 25.
