Job summary

The Villas At Saratoga seeks an assistant housekeeping supervisor to help maintain a clean, safe environment for residents and staff. You will oversee routine cleaning tasks, coordinate with the team, and ensure floors, walls, and windows meet high sanitation standards.

Responsibilities include carpet care, dusting, waxing, polishing floors, cleaning fixtures and equipment, and keeping waste areas tidy. A background in janitorial work is preferred, with a focus on reliability and attention to

Qualifications

• Janitorial experience preferred.
• Routine deep cleaning schedules familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain floors, walls, windows and related areas clean and sanitary.
• Vacuum and clean carpets.
• Dust, mop, wax and polish floors per procedures and schedules.
• Wash windows on a routine schedule.
• Clean lighting fixtures regularly.
• Clean wheelchairs and other equipment.
• Empty and relin[e] waste containers and dispose contents.
• Keep dumpster area clean with lids closed.
• Keep all entrances clean.
• Clean janitor closets and keep them secure.
• Other duties assigned.
