Job summary

KALESTA HEALTHCARE GROUP is seeking an entry-level housekeeping assistant to join our facilities team in Saratoga, CA. You will help maintain a clean and sanitary environment by performing routine cleaning tasks and responding to daily housekeeping needs.

Responsibilities include vacuuming and cleaning carpets, dusting, mopping, wax floors, washing windows, cleaning lighting fixtures, and assisting with equipment cleaning.

Qualifications

• Janitorial experience preferred

• Vacuum and clean carpets
• Dust, mop, wax and polish floors with established procedures and routine deep cleaning schedules
• Wash windows on routine shcedule
• Clean lighting fixtures on routine basis
• Clean wheelchairs, shower chairs, barrels and other equipment
• Empty and reline waste containers and properly dispose of contents
• keep dumpster area clean and lids closed
• Keep all entrances to the building clean
• Clean janitor clostes
• Keep janitoer closte secure
• Other duties assigned
