Job summary

Air Comfort, Inc. is seeking a dedicated janitor to support the operations department in Richmond, California.

The role focuses on maintaining a clean, attractive, sanitary and safe environment across assigned buildings with a focus on detail and timeliness. Essential duties include desk and area cleaning, lobby care, dusting, vacuuming, spot cleaning, restocking supplies, waste management, and assisting with special projects as requested.

Responsibilities

• Dusting desks, chairs, counters, blinds and furniture.
• Clean lobby, reception or any other assigned areas by your supervisor.
• Dusting.
• Vacuuming.
• Spot cleaning.
• Refilling supplies and dispensers.
• Empty wastebaskets & recycling bins.
• Spot Mop floors as necessary.
• Wipe down tables and chairs.
• Assist janitorial staff for special projects and/or perform any duties as directed by your supervisor.
• Clean using appropriate methods, equipment and chemicals by following our established processes and procedures.
• Attendance and Punctuality essential function of the position as it requires face to face interaction.
• Follow company health and safety rules and wear protective equipment when and where applicable.
• Follow all established company policies, protocols, and guidelines.

Salary Range

$18.50 - $20.00 Hourly

Position:

This position is to support the operations department with janitorial functions. To ensure the successful and timely completion of cleaning buildings; and to maintain an attractive, sanitary and safe environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate cleanliness with a focus on detail.

Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
