Job summary

Top Notch Upholstery & Transit Services is seeking a dedicated Janitor to maintain the cleanliness and safety of the building. Responsibilities include vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, and basic maintenance such as replacing light bulbs and trash removal.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of janitorial experience, own up-to-date cleaning equipment knowledge, and demonstrate strong stamina and attention to detail. A valid driver’s license or reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the building.
• Vacuum carpets, mop floors, scrub restrooms, dust furniture, and empty trash cans daily.
• Clean windows, shampoo carpets, replace light bulbs, supply restrooms, and perform minor repairs on a regular basis.
• Wipe up spills and other hazards with sponges and squeegees.
• Write reports of areas cleaned and notify the manager of major repairs.
