Tessera is seeking a driven and reliable Janitor for a part-time, day-shift role at our Keyport, Washington site. You will follow safety training to maintain a clean and safe workplace, clean restrooms, and manage stocking and waste removal per contract standards.

Ideal candidates have prior janitorial experience and are able to lift up to 50 pounds, with a commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork across all site tasks.

• Prior janitorial experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow industrial safety guidelines and promote a safe workplace culture at all worksites.
• Clean and sanitize rest room facilities and replenish supplies in accordance with contract standards; follow cross-contamination procedures.
• Sweep, wet/dry mop, vacuum, and dust offices, halls, and high-traffic areas in accordance with contract requirements, standards, and schedule.
• Trash and recyclables collection and removal from lunchrooms, coffee areas, restrooms, shower/locker areas, and office spaces.
• Restock supplies daily.
• Clean portable showers and maintain janitor lockers per EM 385-1-1 requirements.
• Operate wet/dry vacuum as assigned; change light bulbs as directed.
• Lock doors after cleaning.
