Job summary

Tessera is seeking a driven Floor Crew member at our Bremerton, WA facility supporting operations at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard. This full-time, non-exempt role operates on swing shift (2:30pm-11pm) with a $24.07 per hour base pay plus a 5% shift differential.

Typical duties include floor care across surfaces, equipment operation, construction clean-up, chemical handling, and maintaining PPE usage. A valid driver’s license and ability to obtain security clearances are required.

Qualifications

• Prior Floor Crew experience is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances.
• A valid state driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, waxing, buffing, and vacuuming.
• Operate floor care machines and a powered pressure washer.
• Assist with construction clean-up and site maintenance.
• Measure and mix chemicals.
• Safely use PPE and maintain safety standards.
