Job Description: The Janitor provides cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area.

Pay: $19.28/Hour. The listed pay is the hourly range or rate for this position. Actual offer may vary based on experience, skills, location, and market data.

Schedules Available: Graveyard Shift 9:00 pm - 5:30 am, but flexibility to work any shift is required.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• No experience required; on-the-job training provided
• No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer service experience
• 1 year of similar work experience

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain buildings/facilities
• Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and equipment to prevent damage
• Notify management of repairs or system issues
• Maintain effective communication with clients and team members
• Comply with safety, security, and quality standards
• Clean furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machines, and equipment
• Move furniture and equipment as needed for cleaning
• Clean glass surfaces and mirrors
• Empty trash and perform seasonal outdoor tasks
• Clean food service areas and restrooms
