Job summary

Premium Guard, Inc. is hiring a Janitor to maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility. This role covers production, offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas across both 1st and 2nd shifts (7:00am–3:30pm and 3:30pm–12:00am).

Responsibilities include cleaning, sanitizing, stocking supplies, operating cleaning equipment, and reporting safety or maintenance concerns. Candidates should read English instructions, communicate effectively, and pay close attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand detailed work instructions in English.
• Good communication skills including basic reading/comprehension and math skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, locker rooms, offices, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly.
• Replenish restroom and facility supplies, including soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and sanitizing products.
• Clean interior windows, doors, walls, and other surfaces as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of entrances, walkways, and exterior common areas.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, vacuums, buffers, and pressure washers.
• Follow proper procedures for handling and storing cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Identify and report maintenance, safety, or repair concerns to management.
• Assist with facility setup and cleanup for meetings, events, or special projects.
• Support company safety initiatives and comply with all environmental, health, and safety requirements.
