Cardinal Staffing is seeking a Warehouse Janitor in Findlay, OH to support our client’s core operations. You will perform cleaning, maintenance, and basic facilities tasks to keep the warehouse safe and organized.

The role offers $16 per hour with potential temp-to-hire. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, weekly pay, and employee advocacy. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods.

• Experience as custodian or janitor is a plus.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning equipment and how to maintain them.

• Able to work 8 hours on your feet and lift up to 30 lbs.

Cardinal Staffing is immediately hiring a Warehouse Janitor in Findlay, OH. As a Warehouse Janitor for Cardinal Staffing you will be an essential part of our client’s core operations. Cardinal Staffing is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($16/hr) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).

Janitor Duties and Responsibilities

• Taking out the trash, tidying, rearranging furniture, and wiping surfaces as needed
• Sweeping and mopping of floors, as well as vacuuming carpets
• Daily cleaning and sanitizing of all bathroom facilities, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors
• Restock necessary items, such as soap and paper products
• General outdoor services and maintenance, such as watering plants, mowing the lawn, sweeping entry areas, cleaning glass doors at entrances

Janitor Requirements and Qualifications

• Some professional work experience as custodian, janitor, or a similar role a plus
• Working knowledge of industrial cleaning equipment and appliances and how to maintain them
• Understanding of safety protocols such as disposal of chemicals and other hazardous items
• Comfortable with basic landscaping and maintenance tasksDetail-oriented and conscientiousness
• Able to work 8 hours on your feet and lift up to 30 lbs
