Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician for a warehouse and distribution facility in Whitehouse, OH. This role involves hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and keeping operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will perform electrical, plumbing, and general building repairs, participate in preventive maintenance, and coordinate with outside contractors as needed.

This is a great opportunity for a hands‑on maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting, completing building repairs, and keeping facility operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, and comfortable working independently on a variety of facility maintenance tasks, from basic electrical and plumbing repairs to preventive maintenance and general building upkeep.

Pay: $26.00–$29.00/hour, depending on experience and fit Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire Overtime: Extended hours may be needed, including occasional Sundays during peak seasons or for projects with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance, repairs, and routine facility inspections.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or manufacturing environment.
• Trade school, vocational training, or certifications in maintenance or electrical systems.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
• Forklift or aerial lift certification.
• First Aid and CPR certification.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb ladders throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to safely access rooftops and elevated areas for inspections and maintenance.
