Job summary

Race Winning Brands is seeking a dedicated Janitor to keep our Warren and Clinton Township facilities clean and well-maintained. You’ll work closely with supervisors and the maintenance team to report issues and ensure a safe, orderly environment on the plant floor and in the office.

You’ll perform daily cleaning tasks, follow PPE guidelines, and contribute to a culture of quality and pride in workmanship. This role supports two brands within the company’s facilities.

Responsibilities

• Put safety first and never pass on a defect, no matter what leaves your hands.
• Work like a pit crew and find better, faster, smarter ways to work.
• Empty trash throughout the facility every day.
• Sweep and mop floors and common areas in the office and plant.
• Clean restrooms and windows and report any needed repairs to your supervisor.
• Keep the outside grounds clear of trash and cigarette butts.
• Complete inventory paperwork accurately so supplies stay on track.
• Report unsafe conditions and work with building maintenance when needed.
• Take ownership of your work and look for ways to make it better.
• Help keep our workplace safe, organized and respectful.

Requirements

As a Janitor at Trend Performance and Diamond Pistons, you’ll keep our Warren and Clinton Township facilities clean and well cared for, both in the office and on the plant floor. You’ll work closely with your supervisor and our building maintenance team to make sure issues are reported and handled. A clean, well-kept building helps everyone do their best work safely.
