Job summary

Race Winning Brands in Ohio is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead daily production, ensure policy compliance, and drive continuous improvement on the shop floor. The role requires coordinating with maintenance and quality teams and adapting to seasonal shift changes (four 10-hour shifts June–Sept; five 8-hour shifts Oct–May).

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, 2–4 years in manufacturing, and basic computer and machine operation knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2–4 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of machine setup and operating equipment; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Expedite workflow by ensuring procedures are followed.
• Give oral and written instructions to employees.
• Examine work to ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Identify and streamline procedures to improve efficiency.
• Assist employees with process issues.
• Work with managers on continuous improvement projects to ensure efficiency.
• Troubleshoot errors.
• Supervise the manufacturing process to outline bottlenecks.
• Other duties as assigned.

Race Winning Brands (RWB) is the leading manufacturer of racing and high-performance parts sold to automotive and powersports markets. RWB is the preferred source for high-end pistons, engine blocks, cylinder heads, intake manifolds, connecting rods, crankshafts, clutches, transmissions, springs and other engine and driveline- related performance components. The schedule includes a change for summer hours: June through September is four, ten-hour shifts; October through May, the schedule is five, eight-hour shifts.
