Race Winning Brands is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Mooresville, NC. You will handle shipping, receiving, picking and packing for high-performance parts. Maintain accuracy, safety and timely order movement in a fast-paced environment.

Role requires basic math, ability to lift up to 80 lbs, and comfort with loud conditions and PPE. Training on UPS WorldShip and Microsoft Dynamics is a plus; apply to join a team focused on quality and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Put safety first and never pass on a defect, no matter what leaves your hands.
• Work like a pit crew and bring innovation to finding better, faster and smarter ways to work.
• Process, package and ship orders accurately.
• Load and unload tractor trailers and put away incoming material.
• Inspect products for defects and damage.
• Conduct physical inventory counts.
• Troubleshoot errors and fix the cause so they don't happen again.
• Work with teammates inside and outside the department to keep orders moving.
• Take ownership of your work and look for ways to make it better.
• Help keep our workplace safe, organized and respectful.

Nice to have:

• High school diploma or GED, 1+ years of shipping and receiving experience, and experience with UPS WorldShip and Microsoft Dynamics.
