Excel Facility Services is looking for a reliable janitor who can provide excellent cleaning services.

Job Summary

You will be responsible for keeping assigned areas clean and in orderly condition, executing the scope of work for all assigned locations as directed by management.

Janitor's Responsibilities

• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms
• Clean countertops, microwaves, and refrigerators in break rooms
• Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas
• Empty trash cans, replace liners, and clean receptacles as necessary
• Dust and clean cashier stalls, ceiling light fixtures
• Clean windows and mirrors
• Maintain janitor closets in a clean, safe, and operable condition
• Follow safety rules and use safety precautions
• Complete Scope of Work (SOW) as assigned by the manager
• Perform general cleaning tasks throughout the building
• Restock supplies in assigned areas
• Notify supervisor of repairs needed
• Participate in workshops, training, and seminars
• Request janitorial supplies as needed
• Ensure doors are locked at night (if applicable)
• Use Time and Attendance system to report hours
• Complete IVR system reporting if applicable
• Always wear uniform and IDs while working

Schedule: 3x a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday), 1 hour per day, flexible morning shift.

Location: Blooming Glen, 1x per week for 1 hour.

Hourly Rate: $13.67; Fringe Rate: 5.36
