Job summary

Amazon Leo Productivity Engineering seeks an experienced IT Application Engineer to serve as SME for Jama Requirements Management, administering and optimizing Jama across Leo's services. You will design integrations with enterprise systems and mentor junior engineers.

This role requires careful attention to security, observability, and best practices, with opportunities to influence enterprise-wide requirements processes and participate in upgrades, testing, and automation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Jama Requirements Management platform administration.
• Strong understanding of requirements management methodologies and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical administration and architecture of Jama Requirements Management platform.
• Provide expert-level support and consultation for Jama implementations across multiple business units.
• Design and implement integration solutions between Jama and other enterprise systems.
• Develop and maintain best practices for requirements management processes.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership for Jama-related initiatives.
