Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees correct operation of video poker machines at truck stop locations.
• Responsible for device repair, machine conversions, maintenance, and EPROM replacement.
• Complete end-of-day paperwork and forward reports to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain inventory and track parts on hand.
• Keep assigned company vehicle in good condition and perform routine maintenance.
• Be on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Move bases and machines as needed across properties.
• Attend Gaming Department meetings and share repair methods with staff.
• Adhere to company policies on key control for gaming devices.
• Familiarize with test equipment and support equipment used.

Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Oversees correct operation of video poker machines in designated truck stop locations.
• Responsible for all aspects of device repair, machine conversions, changing class, routine preventative maintenance, and EPROM replacement
• Perform all responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures
• Responsible for completion of all necessary end-of-day paperwork and forwarding any end-of-day reports to the appropriate personnel
• Responsible for inventory and tracking of parts on hand.
• Responsible for maintaining assigned company vehicle, including but not limited to: repairs and maintenance, oil changes, cleaning, etc.
• Available on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
• Moves bases and machines as necessary at properties
• Attend regular Gaming Department meetings and share knowledge, work and repair methods with staff
• Responsible for adhering to all Company policies and procedures regarding the maintenance of key control of all gaming devices
• Must establish a thorough familiarity with all test equipment and support equipment (currency counters, PD61, and other related equipment)
