Job Summary

The Jail Coordinator is responsible for delivering treatment and discharge planning services to Gila County Jail program patients, assisting inmates with jail release planning, and coordinating their transition into behavioral health services. The coordinator participates in weekly staffing meetings with probation and jail staff to provide patient updates and coordinate care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver treatment and discharge planning for identified jail program patients.
• Assist inmates with jail release planning and link them to community behavioral health services.
• Participate in weekly staffing meetings with probation and jail staff to coordinate care and report on patient status.
• Ensure all activities comply with DHS, RBHA, ACC, OBHL, and CFR guidelines.

Education and Experience

• Minimum 2 years of related experience in behavioral healthcare, physical health, or substance abuse treatment.
