Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related field.
• Fully licensed clinicians preferred; limited license candidates will be considered.
• Minimum one year of SUD counseling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver jail-based behavioral health and SUD treatment in collaboration with correctional staff and community partners.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual counseling and facilitate therapeutic groups for justice-involved individuals.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation including service plans and progress notes.
• Assist clients with transition and reintegration into the community upon release.
• Engage in community outreach and networking to build referral sources.
