Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be a Certified Peer Support Specialist through the State of Ohio.
• Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance coverage.
• Experience supporting chemical dependent individuals preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide group, individual, and/or family peer support.
• Deliver community support including monitoring, resource allocation and education.
• Document according to agency policies in the electronic health record.
• Prepare written reports for referral sources and relevant parties.
