Casa Libre is seeking a Shift Lead to guide daily café operations, mentor baristas, and ensure outstanding hospitality for every guest. You will lead from the front, uphold coffee quality, and help build a culture of warmth and excellence as we expand to new cafés.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in specialty coffee leadership, strong coaching skills, and the ability to maintain calm energy during busy service. English and Spanish are preferred to connect with a diverse guest base.

• Hospitality leadership with 2+ years in a high-volume café.
• Coaching and developing people to create exceptional guest experiences.
• Expertise in espresso preparation and coffee quality standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily café operations to ensure smooth shifts.
• Set hospitality and coffee quality standards; coach baristas.
• Maintain espresso dial-ins and beverage quality throughout the day.
• Support team with technique, workflow, and quality standards.
• Welcome guests with warmth and ensure memorable experiences.
• Oversee opening/closing and daily procedures; manage labor and inventory.
• Foster accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Support future openings and expansion efforts.
