Casa Libre - Stanton, a world-class Mexican grocery brand expanding into café culture, seeks an experienced barista. You will prepare espresso beverages, texture milk, and dial in shots while delivering warm hospitality.

You’ll educate guests about our coffee, maintain clean stations, and support smooth daily operations in a fast-paced environment. As we grow, you’ll contribute to shaping culture, standards, and guest experiences across our cafés.

Qualifications

• Specialty coffee pro with at least 2 years in a high-volume cafe.
• Passionate about coffee, hospitality, and guest experiences.
• Skilled in espresso, milk texturing, dial-ins, and manual brewing.
• Knowledgeable about coffee origins, processing methods, and flavor profiles.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Calm under pressure with excellent attention to detail.
• Team player with humility, energy, and willingness to improve.

Responsabilités

• Support smooth café operations by helping wherever needed.
