Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage timelines and stakeholders.
• Curiosity about AI tools and willingness to explore automation.
• Fluent in English; French strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage internal event logistics and communications for the Montreal office, aligned with the national comms strategy.
• Plan, promote, and execute events—from team workshops to national marquee events like all-hands and the annual holiday party.
• Build graphic designs and marketing collateral—digital signage, email banners, newsletters, SharePoint pages, and event branding.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines—and own them end-to-end.
• Turn event highlights into content that showcases the SAP Labs Canada employee brand across internal and external channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to keep events running smoothly.
