Job summary

SAP is seeking an iXp Intern – Marketing and Communications Coordinator in Newtown Square, PA on a hybrid basis. The 6-month program (with potential extension) requires 40 hours per week, starting November/December 2026, and offers compensation of USD 15–64 per hour.

You will support SCM and ERP communications, create newsletters, manage SharePoint, and collaborate across teams to advance program visibility.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft impactful messages for various audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently to ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support SCM and ERP programs by creating and distributing newsletters and slide decks to promote updates and activities.
• Manage meeting cadences and ensure communications and coordination are executed smoothly.
• Oversee SharePoint management, organizing and maintaining content for easy access and collaboration.
• Develop and curate engaging content to support program objectives and assist with ad-hoc requests.
• Create and implement marketing strategies to support SCM and ERP programs; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
