Job summary

SAP SE in Montreal is seeking an ambitious SAP iXp Intern – Communications and Events Specialist to support internal communications and events across SAP Labs Canada. You will create content, produce events, and help shape a culture of innovation while working in a hybrid environment (3 days onsite).

As an intern, you will build graphics, manage logistics, and collaborate with teams and vendors on team workshops, national meetings, and the annual holiday party, gaining hands-on, future-ready

Qualifications

• Currently studying communications, marketing, event management, or a related field.
• Creative mindset for event engagement and strong branding across campaigns.
• Experience using Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite for event visuals.
• Strong written and verbal communication tailored to audiences.
• Experience coordinating in-person, virtual, or hybrid events.
• Structured approach with ability to manage timelines and stakeholders.
• Curiosity about AI tools to automate tasks and improve experiences.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage internal event logistics and communications for the Montreal office.
• Plan, promote, and execute events from team workshops to national marquee events.
• Build graphic designs and marketing collateral including digital signage and newsletters.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines end-to-end.
• Turn event highlights into content showcasing SAP Labs Canada's employee brand.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to keep events running smoothly.
