Job summary

SAP, located in Newtown Square, PA, offers a six-month SAP iXp Internship in Product Management within the Digital Platforms team. You will help plan, deliver, and measure enterprise event experiences, supporting the self-service event platform and T1 experiences.

The role emphasizes SAFe agile delivery, data-driven insights, and AI-powered personalization, with cross‑functional collaboration and visibility into SAP Next Gen activities.

Qualifications

• Fundamental understanding of Agile/Scrum or SAFe 6.0 and how sprints move a product from vision to launch.
• Familiarity with event management platforms or enterprise-grade CMS and marketing automation platforms.
• Exposure to Adobe Experience Cloud (AEP, AEM, Analytics) or similar MarTech stack is a plus.
• Proficiency in Jira/Confluence for backlog management; basic UX review with Figma.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of SAP's self-service event platform and coordinate production schedules.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear product requirements and write user stories, acceptance criteria, and specs.
• Use event analytics to track performance and attendee engagement, turning data into insights.
• Assist in deployment and monitoring of AI-driven features to personalize attendee experience.
• Participate in SAFe ceremonies and help manage the Team Backlog focused on event capabilities and journeys.
• Assist in audits to ensure Responsible AI practices, data privacy, and transparency.
• Support rollout of event tech integrations like Adobe Experience Platform and CMS-driven microsites.
