Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a driven Project Manager, Data & Analytics to lead the implementation of a new Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS). This role will own day-to-day delivery planning, project governance, risk and issue management, stakeholder coordination, and communication across business teams, IT teams, enterprise system owners, and implementation partners.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in business analysis or enterprise systems implementation.
Experience as functional lead on data-intensive enterprise system implementations.
Strong experience defining requirements for enterprise integrations and APIs.
Proven ability to translate business needs into data & analytics solutions.
Experience leading workshops and elicitation sessions.
Familiarity with data migration, mapping, and data quality processes.
Experience with SIT, UAT, and business readiness activities.
Knowledge of dashboards, reports, KPIs, and analytics requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead functional requirements management and solution design with emphasis on data migration and analytics.
Develop and maintain requirements, use cases, and traceability matrices in Azure DevOps.
Define data and integration requirements; coordinate with enterprise platforms and security teams.
Oversee data migration and governance activities including mapping, transformation, and quality.
Translate business needs into functional designs for data, dashboards, and analytics; review configurations.
Coordinate testing, defect resolution, release readiness, cutover, go-live, and stabilization.
Partner with vendors and stakeholders to resolve design issues and manage risks.
Define future-state business, data, reporting, and governance processes across teams.
