Responsibilities

• Provide company-wide leadership of technical capabilities within the business class.
• Coordinate with related business classes, market sectors and operations.
• Lead risk management through process and resource reviews and technical advisory services.
• Oversee quality assurance and control processes with the WBG Quality Manager.
• Develop and apply standards, tools, and techniques to improve service quality.
• Collaborate with market sector directors to plan strategy for the business class.
• Foster teamwork and effective communication across offices and departments.
• Monitor direction, policies, and workload allocation for the business class.
• Support recruitment and training to grow technical capacity.
• Engage with client development and project pursuits for the business class.
