Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced QA professional to join the Accenture Flex team in Plano, TX, onsite 3 days per week, with a 5-day client-mandated travel per quarter. The role focuses on planning, executing, and managing manual and automated testing for Chat and Voice Technology projects within a fast-paced environment.

You will leverage Selenium, IVR and automation testing, with opportunities to use Playwright or Cyara. A Bachelor's degree is required and fluent Spanish is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning, executing, and managing the manual and automated testing effort for a variety of projects within a Chat and Voice Technology team
• Utilizing both business workflows and technical architecture to effectively communicate risks, testing coverage, and quality insights to leadership
• Reducing manual effort through automation and AI-assisted development

This role requires being onsite with the client 3 days per week in Plano, TX. This role also requires 5 days away mandate per quarter by the client.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must speak fluent Spanish
• 5+ years of experience with Selenium
• 2+ years of IVR testing experience
• 2+ years of automation testing experience
• Bachelor's degree or greater

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Playwright testing tool
• Experience with Cyara testing tool
