Job summary

Accenture is seeking a QA tester to join a Plano, TX client-onsite engagement. You will plan, execute, and manage manual and automated testing for a Chat and Voice Technology team, delivering quality insights to leadership and reducing manual effort through automation.

Required: 5+ years with Selenium, 2+ years IVR and automation testing, a Bachelor's degree or higher, and fluent Spanish. Onsite three days per week with the client, plus travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning, executing, and managing the manual and automated testing effort for a variety of projects within a Chat and Voice Technology team
• Utilizing both business workflows and technical architecture to effectively communicate risks, testing coverage, and quality insights to leadership
• Reducing manual effort through automation and AI-assisted development This role requires being onsite with the client 3 days per week in Plano, TX. This role also requires 5 days away mandate per quarter by the client.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must speak fluent Spanish
• 5+ years of experience with Selenium
• 2+ years of IVR testing experience
• 2+ years of automation testing experience
• Bachelor's degree or greater

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Playwright testing tool
• Experience with Cyara testing tool
