Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned Test Engineer to join the Accenture Flex team in Plano, TX onsite three days per week, with a five-day away mandate per quarter. You will plan, execute, and manage manual and automated testing for a Chat and Voice Technology team.

The role requires 5+ years with Selenium, IVR and automation testing, fluent Spanish, and a Bachelor's degree or higher. Preferred skills include Playwright and Cyara.

Key Responsibilities:

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years of IVR testing experience
• 2+ years of automation testing experience
• Bachelor's degree or greater

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Playwright testing tool
• Experience with Cyara testing tool
