We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Analog & Mixed‑Signal / 3DIC Design Flow Engineer to lead development of Integrated Voltage Regulator (IVR) flows for advanced 3DIC technologies. This role is critical to enabling efficient power delivery for AI and HPC workloads. The engineer will design and implement 3DIC‑compatible analog flows by collaborating with third‑party EDA tool vendors, analog/digital/3DIC design teams, model teams, advanced/3DIC technology teams and worldwide customers, and drive system‑level integration into GPU and SoC platforms. The position requires deep expertise in analog/mixed‑signal design, 3DIC integration, and EDA tool enablement.

At TSMC, this role typically pays a base salary between $153,000 and $250,000 per year. The range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires. Actual pay may vary. Compensation may differ by location and local market practices.
