Job summary

CCRM Fertility in Boston, MA is seeking a Surgery Center Staff Nurse to provide individualized nursing care for surgery patients and embryo transfers in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires an Associate Degree in Nursing or higher, active RN license, BLS, and at least 3 years of nursing experience including 1 year in OR/PACU/critical care with laparoscopy exposure. Strong teamwork and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate Degree or higher in Nursing from an accredited school.
• State RN license required and BLS certification.
• At least 3 years of RN experience and 1+ year in OR/PACU/critical care; laparoscopy experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings.
• Prepare supplies and sterilize instruments for surgery.
• Maintain sterile technique in OR and PACU; educate patients.
• Communicate patient status with physicians and team.
• Coordinate chart review and ensure consent forms are complete.
• Assist with QI projects and other duties.
